How deep is a typical borehole in Uganda?
Depth varies by location and geology — commonly between 40 and 120 metres depending on the aquifer. Your depth is confirmed by the hydrogeological survey before drilling.
How do I know there is water on my land?
We carry out a hydrogeological assessment and, where useful, a geophysical survey to estimate the water potential before any drilling begins.
How long does borehole drilling take?
Drilling itself is typically completed within a few days. The full process including casing, development and test pumping usually takes about one to two weeks.
